In this rotation focused on healthcare leadership, the Fellow will have the opportunity to develop the skills and knowledge necessary to become effective leaders in the dynamic and evolving healthcare landscape. Through a combination of experiential learning, mentorship, and practical projects, the Fellow will explore various facets of healthcare leadership, including strategic planning, change management, team dynamics, and organizational development. They will learn about the unique challenges and opportunities faced by healthcare leaders, such as resource allocation, quality improvement, and fostering a culture of innovation. The Fellow will engage in activities that promote critical thinking, decision-making, and effective communication, while also gaining insights into ethical considerations and regulatory compliance in healthcare leadership roles. This rotation will equip the Fellow with the essential leadership competencies to drive positive change, inspire teams, and navigate the complexities of healthcare systems in the digital health era.
